THE BIOGRAPHY OF JOON CARTIER

Joon Cartier has swept Central Texas with his diverse way of rapping, and putting his ''Sweet Swagger" into the mix. Since '99, Joon has been putting his rhymes to beats from such artists as Nelly to Britney Spears, and Juvenile to Missy Elliot. "This isn't your average rapper" says Killeen residents, "He's there to spice up the rap world, its more like a bouncy feel to his music." This young lyricist/poet/rapper/producer has been able to give people what they want, good music. Joon says, "Well Errybody still on that same page... I'm tryna get on some different shit, and give people something they never heard... that's where my [Sweet] Swagger comes in to play."

Joon has already worked with big names in Killeen from Green City, FedTyme, TightWorkz, Playas Dynasty, and the infamous SpittenWreckless Click. As a member of the Click, he plans to keep the name flourishing Killeen as there numbers decreased over the years. Sweet Swagger has become a great success in just months, with that said Joon already has 1 album and 2 mixtapes completed. He is currently working on 1 more album and 2 more mixtapes to go along with his streak of massive mixtapes and albums. "People eating it up every day, so I need to give'em more and have more plates to serve, so I'm constantly thinkin of new concepts and ideas," says Joon while he looks through his massive book of rhymes.
